WEEKLY TRAINING FOR 4 - 6 WEEK SESSIONS l 60 MINUTE CLASSES

Our Juniors Academy program focuses on the foundation stage of youth soccer development. This program is designed and modified for athletes ages 5 - 8 who are just entering the sport and/or participating at a recreational level. Juniors Academy is an excellent resource in developing the necessary skills for enjoyment and success in the sport of soccer.

Our experienced staff will work to build a solid athletic foundation and a strong technical base!

AREAS OF FOCUS:

Technical - ball manipulation, dribbling, shooting, passing, receiving
Physical - mobility, coordination, balance
Mental - decision making, spatial recognition, creativity
Tactical - cooperative learning, teamwork

Juniors Academy SCHEDULE

2026 SPRING TRAINING OPTIONS

Option 1: Tuesdays Only - $99 (6 sessions total)

Option 2: Fridays Only - $99 (6 sessions total)

Option 3: Tuesdays & Fridays $183 (12 sessions total) - $15 discount

Option 4: Team Bundle (Tuesdays + Fridays + Games) $225 ($40 discount).

COLIN BIROS

CAU Force SC is proud to announce our new Juniors Academy Director, Colin Biros! Colin has been with CAU Force for since 2022 and holds his US Soccer D License. Colin has had an impressive, high level playing experience with Columbus Crew Academy, University of Akron, Syracuse University and Vänersborg IF (Swedish Division 2)!
